QUALIFICATIONS
Our environmental services staff can assist you with a myriad of environmental regulations. Our environmental professionals are experienced consultants and certified hazardous materials managers (CHMM).
VALUE-ADDED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
Program Development Assistance: We help implement a company-wide or site-specific management plan to assess and control your environmental risks. This may be in the form of simplified checklists or a more detailed environmental procedures manual for your company or location.
Training: Our experts are skilled in developing environmental training programs to meet your specific needs. Training modules address either basic EPA related program compliance requirements (example: RCRA Hazardous Waste, USDOT HAZMAT) or more specific hands-on, how-to training regarding unique circumstances, such as spill response or HAZWOPER training.
Program Audits: Have your audits customized the way you prefer. We either assist you in developing a quality environmental audit program or conduct the audits for you. We conduct either baseline audits to tell you where your program is starting from, or audits to assess ongoing environmental program conformance. Our auditors have extensive domestic and international auditing experience in compliance auditing and assessing conformance to Environmental Management Systems, including ISO 14000 (ISO 14001).
Emergency Response: JRW Consulting professionals will assist you in developing the required written emergency programs that meet the requirements of OSHA's HAZWOPER and/or Process Safety Management standards, provisions of RCRA Contingency Plans, as well as the Clean Water Act's Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) provisions. Our consultants review, develop and assist in the implementation of written programs. Also, we consolidate these plans into one concise functional document. Our certified instructors provide training at all levels, from plant and corporate management to the shop floor.
Permitting: Prepare and submit environmental permit applications and reporting forms. Whether they be AIR (general air permits, Title V/Synthetic Minor air emissions inventory tabulations, hazardous air pollutant (HAP) calculations), WATER (wastewater, stormwater), SOLID WASTE (hazardous waste compliance), JRW Consulting can help you get the job done.
Special Projects: Chemical usage requires tabulation and reporting of on-site quantities for EPA programs such as SARA Title III (Chemical Inventory Reports). You may also have to tabulate annual chemical usages, and resultant emissions (R Form and A Form Reports). You may also require monitoring of air and wastewater emissions or design recommendations for pollution control equipment. Rely on us to help you reduce toxic chemical usage or minimize your wastes.
